Flaming Crab Stuffed Mushrooms



10 stuffing mushrooms
1 large Jalapeno Pepper (minced)
1 large red chilli pepper (minced)
¼ Green bell pepper (minced)
½ large white onions (minced)
2 garlic clove (minced)
2 tsps. Fresh ginger (minced)
6 ounces crab meat (imitation is fine, but who doesn't want the real thing)
½ stick butter
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
3 ½ tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
½ cup fine bread crumbs
Chilli flakes (garnish)

How to make it:

1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely dice, set aside.

2. Melt a ¼ stick of butter and brush each mushroom and place in a greased baking dish (use the remaining melted butter from the ¼ stick).

3. Melt remaining butter in a pan and add peppers, onion, mushroom stems, garlic, and ginger. Cook for about one minute and add in the cayenne, paprika, and pepper. Let cook until the veggies are tender, about 2-3 minutes and add half of the parmesan cheese. Once the cheese has melted remove from heat.

4. Dice the crab meat and add to the breadcrumbs, then add in the veggie mixture. Stir it up and stuff the mushroom caps. Remember that you want to pile the mixture rather high.

5. Top with the remaining parmesan and place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15-20 mins, or until the mushrooms are tender.

6. Once the mushrooms are done, sprinkle with chilli flakes and enjoy.
