Desperate Housewives

dh

Come on, its ok you can admit it now, the last season has already been announced. We know you've secretly loved them from the very first time you laid eyes on them, the Desperate Housewives. Don't worry you're not the only one who's been living in the closet with this guilty pleasure we couldn't live without every Sunday night for the past 7 years. The cancellation of the hottie housewives has caught some of us by surprise, but life has to go on, even for the ladies on Wisteria Lane. Really though the cancellation should be no shock, the show has experienced a steady decline in ratings over the years, with less than half as many viewers during season seven, as there were throughout it's premiere season. Even so, the ladies never lost their sex appeal. That was one thing we could always count on. When things started to cool down a but they were quick to make a brave move by stepping it up and bringing the saucy Vanessa Williams into the mix.

While majority of the last season seemed repetitive, basically watching the same reoccurring drama from past seasons, Marc Cherry was still able to make the finale fairly unforgettable. It left us all wondering what would happen this fall with Gaby's stepfather's dead body in a trunk, the official separation of Tom and Lynette, and Paul's uncertain future after turning himself in for Martha's murder. You can bet season eight won't have any lack of Botox or scandal than ever seen before, so be sure to mark your calendars, September 25th will be the premiere episode of the 8th and final season of Desperate Housewives.
